Fuse boards / consumer unit changes roughly take around half a day to complete. Whilst we are carrying out the work we will have to isolate power to your property / the consumer unit we are working on.
Under NO circumstances will we ever sign off other people’s work. It doesn’t matter if the “electrician” carrying out the work is fully qualified. We will only certificate our own work.
Yes our work is guaranteed for 12 months as per our terms and conditions which can be found on this website.
We strongly advise all clients to have a full electrical installation condition report carried out on a property they are looking to purchase by an independent electrician. In our time we have come across plenty of fake and misleading certificates that clients have been handed by previous owners and estate agents. We start prices at £175+vat for a full electrical inspection and test of your future property. This might sound expensive, but we will carry out a thorough test and inspection to make sure there is no hidden surprise’s which could cost you thousands in the future.
We take cash and direct bank transfer. All certification is issued upon full payment being received.
We do prefer working normal working hours but all projects are considered. We understand that sometimes it is not possible to complete certain tasks within normal working hours. Please contact us and see how We can help You!

The rate set above is very reasonable for the level of service we provide as a company and we offer a 10% discount to OAP’s and NHS staff only.
The call out charge rate is set at £90+vat p/h between the working hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. Evenings and weekends are charged at higher rates.
